Dirty Martini – St Paul’s

Dirty Martini has changed significantly since the first sight in Covent Garden, nine years ago. St Pauls has higher ceilings than the other sites which posed significant design challenges as well as the 400 person capacity it is also the largest Dirty Martini.

A long main bar area stretches from the front door to the main seating area at the back. Stairs lead down to a lower lounge area, with red velvet booths and pewter drinks tables with a more bohemian feel, while upstairs on the mezzanine level is a new semi-private gallery bar, part of a new focus on more individualised bookable areas.
